課程概述 |
課程概述：
民主體制的運作與政府體制的選擇、政黨的組織與行為以及選舉制度的設計，有著密不可分的關係，良好的政治制度能夠確保人民溫飽、族群和諧、民主穩定、內閣穩定、政黨政治以及責任政治，然而什麼是良好的政治制度？有所謂放諸四海而皆準的制度嗎？為什麼？什麼情況下良好的制度能夠被採用？什麼情況下次佳的制度反被選擇？想要理解當今各國民主體制的運作及其面臨的挑戰，便須對這些問題，進行思考與探究，而這也正是本課程的主旨與目的。

讓同學對課程主題有清楚與深入的掌握，並且訓練同學具備獨立思考與研究的能力。

課程要求 |
評分方式：
(1) 閱讀每週指定的教材，並且出席以及參與課堂討論（10%）。
(2) 從第二週起，每週由同學報告該週的教材內容，負責同學必須撰寫六頁以內的報告，並於上課前一天下午2點前傳給老師，然後由老師上傳至Ceiba。每名同學必須報告3次（40%）。
(3) 撰寫期末報告。同學須繳交一份期末報告，主題與本課程相關，老師會安排讓同學於期末報告這份報告，讓同學有機會得到老師與上課其他同學的意見與建議，以作為未來修改文章時的參考，也讓本課程有更多師生討論的機會。報告繳交時間同樣是報告前一天下午2點前傳給老師，然後由老師上傳至Ceiba（50%）。
